- We were so thankful to have Sherry Hindmarsh as our realtor.  She was aggressive from the start in helping us get into what would be our new home.  Our contract was pending on the sale of our current home.  She helped by giving us some ideas that would make the home more appealing to potential buyers.  How aggressive was she?  We wrote up an offer on Thursday and had our current home placed on the market by Saturday.  Fliers and all!  Within a month we sold our home and moved into the new one.
